I agree that you might be a bit overcareful here. That being said, the washing machine is more than enough for anything (including towels). As for the tub and shower, just make sure they are clean. Any household cleaner (or a bleach solution in a spray bottle) will do the trick.
Yes it is, and you are WAY too paranoid about this. Genital Warts is a sexually transmitted disease which means you have to have SEX, (hence the term- sexually transmitted) with an infected person to get warts!
